Service Description

Typically a ten-week program targeting planning for change and coping with change, this program is developed on an individual basis and is usually facilitated once per week for one hour, but can be adjusted as needed. Individual programs may include, but are not limited to: - Learning new routines - Developing individualised resources (e.g. timetables, social stories, calm cards) - Travel training - Developing and practicing personal strategies - Mindset training
